Alison Soltani-Davies (ACMA)

Before RIFT, Alison spent 24 years at Saga PLC as Finance Director and later Chief Operating Officer for the Insurance Broking division. She also supported private equity-owned businesses with financial and operational leadership. Her strategic oversight consistently enhances business performance, efficiency, and revenue generation.

Outside of work, Alison serves on the Kent & Medway Business Fund Investment Advisory Board, contributing to regional economic growth. She's also the Chair of Governors at a local primary school and an active member of the Williams Syndrome Association.
