Jason is the Head of Finance at RIFT, where he's been steering the financial ship for over 11 years. His role is all about ensuring smooth operations, from making sure customers are paid quickly and accurately to keeping the senior leadership team informed with up-to-date financial forecasts and models. Managing such a critical area requires a solid team, and Jason is proud to lead one of the most experienced groups in the business.
Starting as the sole Management Accountant, Jason has grown with the company and now oversees a team of six specialists in Management Information (MI) and Accounting. One of his key contributions has been expanding the use of MI in the business, which has significantly improved the accuracy of forecasting and planning, helping to drive smarter decisions.
Jason left school at 18 to dive straight into accountancy, earning his ACCA qualification after five years of dedicated study. In 2018, he became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his young family, exploring parks and taking long walks. He’s also a dedicated Arsenal fan, following his team whenever he can squeeze in the time.
