Jane Rahal joined RIFT Tax Refunds in 2015, bringing her expertise in managing inquiries and supporting new and returning customers. Working her way up the ranks, she began her most recent role as a Personal Tax Administrator at RIFT in September 2023, working closely with the Tax Specialist Team.
Jane ensures each client receives a tailored quote, thorough follow-up, and seamless coordination with tax specialists when a claim is underway. Her role also involves handling customer communications, from email responses to follow-up calls, helping create a smooth, efficient customer experience.
Jane’s dedication to customer service has earned her several in-house awards at RIFT. Her prior role in Spain demonstrated her commitment to professional growth, taking her on unique assignments, including trips to China and Hong Kong to attend major industry trade shows. A qualified secretary who arrived in the UK in 2014, Jane began her RIFT journey through an agency in 2015 and has since developed her tax service expertise with strong team support.
Outside of work, Jane is passionate about exploring new cities, enjoying live music, and attending horse events. She also loves cat-sitting around Kent, using Trusted House Sitters to connect with other pet enthusiasts. With her customer-focused approach and in-depth experience, Jane is a valued asset to RIFT and a trusted guide for clients navigating their tax refunds.
