As RIFT's Armed Forces Liaison Officer, Becks has spent the past seven months dedicated to supporting military personnel in understanding and reclaiming overpaid tax. With a passion for raising awareness among serving soldiers — many of whom are unaware they may be owed money. Becks is committed to making sure they receive the tax refunds they deserve.
Having joined the British Army at the age of 20 and having completed 22 years of service, Becks brings first-hand military experience to the role. After leaving full-time service, Becks wanted to remain connected to the Armed Forces community, making RIFT the perfect fit.
She finds the most rewarding part of her role is building strong relationships with clients and helping them access the money they're owed from HMRC, something Becks knows first-hand, having made a claim with RIFT during military service.
Whether visiting clients, colleagues, or units, Becks is always ready to provide guidance and support wherever it’s needed, driven by a personal mission to give back to those who serve.
